Hello Friends!

If you have questions on how to do something on the forum, such as add a picture, make a link, change text color, add smilies, quote a post, send a personal message etc... then this is the place to ask for help.

Also if you are trying to do something on the forum, and it isn't working properly, please post your support ticket here as well.

To post your question or support ticket, hit the "New Topic" button towards the upper right of your screen. Please be sure to name your topic appropriately in the Subject Line, so we know which forum administrator to assign the support ticket too.

Please give us the exact name of the forum board (such as Friendship Road or The Goal Garage) in which you are experiencing problems or need help. Also, please clearly explain your question or problem that you are having, and if possible, provide us with a screen cap if you are receiving an error somewhere on the forum. Providing a screen cap of an error will help us address the issue faster.

**If at any time you are NOT able to post messages and you need help, please e-mail Melisa Marie at melisa@newwavecomm.net BE SURE to put "quiltsandkeepsakes forum" in the subject line.

At any given time, please allow up to 24 hours for your support ticket to be addressed. This doesn't mean you won't get a reply BEFORE 24 hours is up, it just means that it could take up to that long for us to address the issue.

Once we have seen your support ticket, we WILL post a reply to the message to let you know we've seen it and we're working on the problem you're experiencing. If at any time, something changes in what you've reported, please update the support ticket by "replying" to the message. This will help us too.
